Terms and Conditions

By ordering products with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, please contact us before placing an order.

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. 

Gold Vermeil is gold plated over pure silver or sterling silver. All Gold (unless otherwise specified) is Gold plated over sterling silver.

Please know that each item is handcrafted and may vary slightly to the images on the website. Similarly, natural gemstones are used, often un-cut, therefore, they will not be exactly as seen in the image. Gemstones often have unique markings, like individuals having freckles, beauty marks and fine lines – this is part of their unique beauty.

Gemstones are very powerful and have strong effects on our energy system. However, they are not meant to replace any medical treatment.

We are required to collect local sales tax of 12%.

Please note, all our jewelry is handcrafted in Bali and can take 4-6 weeks to arrive if on back order.

Care & Handling

Due to nature’s elements, 24k gold plated and sterling silver jewelry can fade or tarnish over time. For gold plated jewelry, use a specialty gold polishing cloth and wipe lightly. For sterling silver jewelry, use a fine silver polish and gently wipe down with a soft microfiber cloth.  Avoid contact with water, harsh chemicals, perfume & lotion. To ensure longevity, safely store your pieces in a our customized pouch.

Privacy Policy

At Azenya Designs we keep your information in the strictest confidence and do not sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. If you purchase from our store or add us on Facebook, you will have the option to be added to our mailing list. Our mailing list will keep you informed about new products and collections, events, news and sales. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.


While Azenya Designs strives to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Azenya Designs will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. All items are shipped from our Squamish Studio.  


All parcecels will be sent through Canada Post with tracking. Azenya Designs does not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the delivery service.

In order to track your order, copy your tracking number that is provided in the shipping notification email and Paste it in the tracking field on the website 

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Azenya Designs. Such as, but not limited to interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers or your bank or credit card.

Customes & Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Azenya Designs cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Azenya Designs will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery time estimates.

If you choose to refuse your shipment from Azenya Designs, you will be responsible for any charges including duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Azenya Designs..


We offer store credit or exchange when you process your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. 

Item(s) must be unworn and returned unused and in original condition and with all respective tags & packaging/pouches enclosed.

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

A Return Authorization (RA) # must be obtained before returning any item(s). 

To activate a return, you will be required to email us for approval and to receive your RA #, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to  Azenya Designs reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet our return policy. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. No Returns are accepted without approval and an RA Number.

Please make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package and send to:

For your security, please send merchandise back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. Azenya Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If in the event you should received the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your damaged package. If at the time of return we are unable to replace or exchange the product we will issue you a refund or produce a new piece (may take 4-6 weeks). 

Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these pieces. 

All items are quality checked and very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. We will replace any manufacturing fault at no cost within 2 months of the purchase date. Manufacturing faults do not include:

Wear and tear including misshapen rings, Damage from negligence and improper care, Work undertaken by other jewelers; including resizing, Broken chains, claws or prongs, Plating that has worn off.

Chipped, cracked or broken stones will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We try to select stones with the greatest integrity, but we cannot guarantee repair or replacement of a stone if damage has occurred based on wear and tear.

All pieces come with care instruction information that should be followed. All pieces are meant to be treated with care.
